Hannah never fails to get clarifications on timecard issues as well as getting me onboarded for new editors/publications at TEN.
She alerted me that I have sick pay hours accumulated. I wasn't aware that this was even offered. She altered my time card I had submitted where I took two days off because of flue and took the loss in pay she resubmitted it as a sick pay time card for approval. And she sent me docs letting me know my benefits regarding this! When I first started with Target cow, I inquired about sick pay and was told it was not offered. This was a year and a half ago. Thank you Angelina!!!!

Loni is amazing. my boss who works overseas was not giving attention to the necessary steps she needed to take in order approve my timecards. so of course what happens is i wasn't getting paid! i had already set appointments for my cats which needed to be spayed so i was in need of this check. so Loni, who was always on top of her communication with my boss,( it was purely on my bosses end this happened.) went out of her way to help me get a one time approval for my timecards so that i was in time for my cat's appointments! she didn't have to do this, but she went out of her way to turn a horrible experience into one that gave me hope for humanity. Loni really cares about her clients, and she is fast with her communication. i cannot recommend her enough, and i am so glad she is my agent!

Lindsay's very quick response to email/invoice submission was excellent. As a client who depends on accounts payable to issue checks is very important and Lindsay has been great to work with. Please keep up the good work! BTW, Sarah Cappa was also great working through the process of getting my company Axis Media approved into the system. She was clear and very responsive as well.
