“We are honored to be included among the top 100 best places to work in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal,” said Samer Khouli, CEO of TargetCW, “Every single one of our employees is extremely important to our success. We changed the name of the operations and customer service department to the Amazement Team to reflect our desire to make each interaction with our employees, clients and vendors amazing. Our service is the best in the industry “hands down.”
At the foundation of TargetCW’s culture is an “open door” policy and a family style work environment. Growing from 5 employees to over 40 in under three years posed a few difficult challenges in maintaining the same workplace atmosphere. Recruiting methods moved toward a group style interview, which often take place off-site in order to best gauge cultural fit and personality of future employees. In addition, their new 25,000 sq. ft. building allows for ample growth, but also houses a training center, full service complimentary cafeteria, work out facility, as well as the occasional video game/hang out room.
