Five years ago, Samer Khouli founded TargetCW with a mission to bring innovative technology to employers that use contingent labor, giving them a product and service that will revolutionize day to day processes for hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy “Kaizen” which stands for continual improvement in business management, we launched our mission statement: “to make the utilization of a contingent workforce simple for our clients.”
TargetCW opened its doors with a small handful of clients. 5 years later, we’re blessed that so many clients and employees have made TargetCW a part of their daily professional lives.
Today, hundreds of companies around the world are utilizing TargetCW to on-board their contingent workers using our proprietary paperless software that was created to save time and money, reduce liability and increase visibility, compliance and workers satisfaction. In 2014 alone, TargetCW employed close to 10,000 contingent workers.
As a young company, we’re encouraged by our growth and achievements. Our success would not be possible if not for the amazing and talented employees, present and past, that have poured their passion and energy into building TargetCW. In 2010 we were just 8 strong working day and night. Today, with 50+ employees, TargetCW has built a foundation that will continue to build and improve for years to come.
