  • Louisiana – Earned Income Credit, effective Jan. 1, 2016
  • Massachusetts — Minimum Wage, effective Jan. 1, 2016
  • Michigan – Minimum Wage, effective Jan. 1, 2016
  • Missouri – Minimum Wage, effective Jan. 1, 2016
  • New York –Minimum Wage, effective Dec. 31, 2015
