UnitedHealthcare

TargetCW is pleased to announce that we will be offering a full coverage PPO plan through United Healthcare beginning January 1, 2016. United Healthcare is Section 125 compliant and satisfies the requirement of Minimum Essential Coverage and Minimum Essential Value under the Affordable Care Act. The United Healthcare plan offers co-payments for doctors’ visits and prescriptions, while also offering an out of pocket maximum so employees can have peace of mind in the event of a serious illness or accident.

 

Group Medical Highlights:

  • Benefits are effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • Employees must enroll by the 60th day of employment.
  • Open Enrollment is offered once per year for employees to add, make changes to, or cancel benefits.
  • Changes to the plan can only be made within 31 days of a qualifying family status change (marriage, divorce, birth of child, etc.)
  • Minimum of 30 hours per week are required for eligibility.
  • When you enroll in a plan, premiums are automatically deducted from your paycheck pre-tax, on or after your effective start date of benefits.

PanaBridge Advanced

TargetCW's also offers a Section 125 compliant Limited Benefit Plan that satisfies the requirement of Minimum Essential Coverage under the Affordable Care Act. PanaBridge is a voluntary Sickness & Accident Plan that delivers value, protection, and quality to employees through an affordable limited-benefit medical plan. Two different plan levels are available, a Basic and an Enhanced level, with four different coverage options including coverage for a spouse and/or children. Coverage includes doctor visits, in-hospital stays, injuries, surgery, and prescriptions.
